How To Optimize A Website
69How To Optimize A website
" How to optimize a website or webpage this is the question"?
Many Online Businesses fail to do this correctly: sometimes they optimize the best they can, but leave something out that will help them achieve top rankings in the search engines.
Why Should You Optimize Your Website Or Blog?
Well, the answer is very clear “So you get ahead of your competitors online.” This is also a must for getting indexed in the search engines.
Every day as I work in my business field in Online Management & SEO Consultancy is see many mistakes made that could of been avoided by following the correct optimization formula.
Most websites get an overall optimization score of 55%, or lower and these are websites created by professional web masters. Hard to believe, but very true!
(optimization scores are provided by software that analyzes your blog or website, such as Website Auditor” SEO POWERSUITE SOFTWARE”) This can be downloaded free from my rescources section in my blog.

How to Optimize A Website Or Webpage Correctly?
I have provided a list below that will get you on the right path. This formula provided below can be used on any platform, such as blog posts and website articles. It’s also great for WEB 2.0 Articles such as Hubpages and Squidoo!
STEP1: Create a URL address that is the same as your content heading. If you are using web 2.0 or a blogging platform the url address will be made when you create the title.
STEP 2: Place the same name in the title.
STEP 3: Place the name in the (meta) description and keep the description shorter than 150 letters.
STEP 4: Place the major keyword the first part of the sentence.
STEP 5: Use the major keyword again after the first 100 words and not before to avoid being penalized by the search engines, for keyword stuffing.
STEP 6: Create a cool heading using a similar keyword phrase.
STEP 7: Bold your major keyword at least once in your content to show relevance to the search engines. This way they know exactly where to index you!
Step 8: Following a 450-500 word article place your keyword again in the last paragraph. Basically it is 2-3% through your content.
STEP 9: Create an outgoing link (anchor text) using the exact words or phrase in your keywords.
Step 10: If you are creating lots of back-links using your keywords in the anchor-text then create random variation to make it look more natural in the seach engines, but remember use all the keywords.
TIP: Commenting on blogs also creates a backlink. Don't get too caught up on whether it's a no follow, or a follow link as Bing doesn't care whether it's a no follow or not. All links can create potential traffic.
